Surprising!

Having seen the movie years ago, it didn't sway my decision to read this. It was well written and it had a twist I did not expect. A good read; I reccomend to anyone who needs a quick read.
good, but

This really was a good story...However I have become spoilt with my chosen authors...There seemed to be large chunks of detail left out...My father would say "use your imagination" but that is why I read...to envision, not imagine.
Not for Me

Although I absolutely love the movie, I wasn't impressed by the book. Not quite as spooky, and too many details were so different from the movie that I couldn't get used to it. It might appeal to others, though, especially if you've never seen the movie starring Kevin Bacon!
Compelling

This book is a very good mix of suspense and mystery, and the characters are very well developed. It's a real page turner, so be prepared for a late night of reading.
