This book is easy to understand and offers concrete examples at the beginning of each chapter. I could identify with several of the examples and it made me really think about how I wanted to live my life. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone looking to reconcile their past hurts and relationships so that they can have a future filled with solid, healthy relationships.

This book has helped me in my marriage relationship more than any other book I have ever read because it helped me to understand the deep issues within myself which was causing problems I did not even know existed. If a person really wants to dig deep into their soul and find meanings for our healing, this is the book. It is so well written and easy to understand I have purchased several to give to others that I think might be helped by Dr. Cloud's expertise.

This book will change your life

Dr. Cloud discusses some intense topics in Changes that Heal. If you have trouble setting boundaries with people, or if you didn't even know that you are supposed to be setting boundaries with people then read this! It is not an easy read. I think I would typically read each page a couple of times to understand it fully, but it was definitely worth it. My in-laws keep several copies of this book on hand to give to friends and family because it has been so helpful to our family. If you have never experienced true freedom in your relationships and you would like to, then read this book!

I have read this book, so I know what it's about. However, I purchased the book to be sent to someone else, and though the delivery confirmation indicated it was delivered, the book actually wasn't delivered. So the person I sent the book to, never received it. Amazon isjust now sendilng out a new book. I'm waiting to see if it arrives.
