I was looking for a carb cycling plan and this one seemed to fit my needs. However the book has too many inconsistencies and contradictions for such a specifically structured plan.
Wendy Chant is a trainer and nutrition coach and I can see with her personal guidance this plan would be great but the book is way to vague and leaves too many questions about whole food groups. The book desperately needs editing and revisions.
