One good cookbook!!

I purchased one of these for my nephew who is in college, and ended up buying one also for a neice who is recently setting up housekeeping with a new baby. This cookbook is VERY nice. It's a good size to hold, has 2 recipes per page (4 including front and back) and has LOTS of pictures. I tend not to try something unless it has pics.
the recipes are great. I tried one myself (before wrapping the gifts!), and as I am on Weight Watchers, used reduced fat ingredients. the recipe was so good I shared it with others on the WW community member boards.
Highly recommend this cookbook for anyone but especially for new cooks.

This cookbook is the one I turn to time and time again for easy, delicious recipes that I can whip up with ingredients I already have in my pantry! The desserts especially are delicious - my friends can't stop raving about my Caramel-Fudge Chocolate Cake!

Fun recipes fast

Enjoyed this cookbook so much I bought several for my firends. We have all had fun making things like a 5 minute pie to send home with guests, or a make ahead breakfast casserole to whip in the oven the next morning.
Have tried many of the recipes and am delighted with them all.
