A fifth edition is now available for this book and I bet it is the same material repackaged with a slightly revamped "interactive CD" that no student will find helpful. Any book that costs over one hundred dollars must be full of useful information, until, of course, they become last years edition and they are no longer relevant. Books hold value like the latest cell phone technology...what a marketing skeem. Someone needs to help students since the Universities will not, and the teachers require these latest versions. |

| Customer Rating: | | NATION OF NATIONS VOLUME TWO: SINCE 1865 WAS A FABULOUS TEXT BOOK. THIS BOOK HELPED ME TO BETTER UNDERSTAND ALL ASPECTS OF THE INFORMATION WITHIN. AS A FRESHMAN THIS YEAR I HAD A HARD TIME ADJUSTING TO MY CLASSES BUT WITH THIS TEXT I HAD NO PROBLEMS UNDERSTANDING MY READING ASSIGNMENTS AND ENDED UP DOING VERY WELL IN THE CLASS. I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK IF YOU HAVE A HARD TIME PICKING OUT THE IMPORTANT PARTS OF A PARAGRAPH BECAUSE IT HAS GOOD OUTLINES. IT WAS A FANTASTIC TEXT BOOK! |
