If you are looking for a diary, this is it! Beautiful layout and plenty of room and great idea to record living The Secret deliberately on a day to day basis. The book, Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Workbook also has a journal at the end of the book to keep your thoughts and emotions and exercises to keep you focused on a daily basis which I love.

When this item says Diary it means it, its offers you lots of room to put your own thoughts down. I am really excited to see this book after one year of writing. I really enjoy the layout and messages on each page. The messages provide you with ideas to focus on each day. This Diary is a positive and wonderful place to practice the Secret every day.

Lovely Journal

This is a lovely journal to keep track of thoughts but its not a workbook like Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Workbook. I use 'Living The Secret Everyday' as a daily workbook to remind me and keep me on track to live The Secret. Great recipes, exercises and tools to practically live The Secret each and everyday.It really keeps you living in the present; practically living the secret. Pair this with a journal like this one.

I use this as a workbook

I have been writing in my Secret Diary for over two weeks now- I do use it as a workbook, reading the thought on each page and responding to that or sometimes exploring another similar issue that has come up as I practice The Secret. I do not use it as a regular diary- I have another whimsical book for that- this is my workbook that keeps me focused on changing my thoughts and documenting the changes this creates in my life and in my perception of the world. It is a wonderful book- it is up to you if you want to use it as a work book or as something else-
